Watercolored Hello

Good Morning! I hope everyone is having a great weekend. I had a little set back I'm sure it's just from doing to much to fast. I put myself in time out!! lol (wink) so I've been watercoloring the past few days, my way of being creative without over doing it. I sat and colored mainly with watercolored pencils. My favorite stamps to color are all retired. This card uses one of my all time favorite stamps I hope you like it. After I colored it on vanilla card stock I used distress ink all over. I then used sponges and added Choc Chip and Ruby Red around the edges. I also used Itty Bitty background to make the black spots. The main images was lost in this gorgeous dp from daisyd's (Attic Heirlooms)so I added a layer of black cardstock. When I cropped the picture of the card the strip of dp on the left looks uneven but it's straight IRL:)
Here's a picture of the basket up close.
Thanks for stopping by!

Amazing! You do incredible watercoloring! And, wow! Look at your wonderful use of this truly gorgeous designer paper! I'm not sure which set this is, but it reminds me of a new set--darn I can't think of the name. Gosh, Dee, take it easy. Baby steps!
